Anatoliy Tertychny was born in the Lugansk region, among the steppe and slagheaps, and now every year he travels to the Carpathians, so the theme of mountains, space and elevation passes through the whole artist's creativity. The mountains enchant, inspire for creativity. In the mountains you feel like a small part of this world and you make a challenge to the huge mountain peaks with the help of canvas and paints.
Tertychny's mountains usually animated by a hint of human life - a lonely hut looking through the riot of greenery, then a street of the multi-colored roofs looms on the whole plane of the canvas - everywhere can be traced the breath of life. The master sculpts forms, boldly "plays" with light shadows and accurately conveys the state of nature in each work.
Summer mountain landscapes by Tertychny are beautiful, created from nature, where the riot of various shades of green represents the full range of possible colors and brings a life-affirming mood to such works.

Tertychny writes his landscapes from nature, carefully describing the life of Transcarpathians, locals, neighbors. Sometimes he completes such works in the studio, where he is looking for aesthetic solutions in terms of color.
